Our Estate

The main home has a single bedroom with a Tempurpedic King adjustable bed and 1.5 bathrooms.  The guest house has 1 bathroom, a small bedroom with a queen bed, and a larger bedroom with a queen and full bed.  All bedrooms have their own AC unit and 50" Smart TV.  Each home has a fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances.

With almost 3 acres, including 100' of actual beachfront (a rarity in the Keys), it is gated and fenced for privacy and security if you'd like to bring your dog.  It includes kayaks, paddleboards, bicycles, cornhole, bocce ball, and the only pool built on TOP of the Atlantic Ocean.

Located on Upper Matecumbe, you are walking./biking distance to the Art district, many of the finest restaurants, a liquor store, Publix, PWC and boat rentals, dive shops, charter fishing, and more!  You'll never have to leave this island.  The World Famous Islamorada Sandbar is just a mile north and Alligator Reef Lighthouse is roughly 5 miles southeast.

90 minutes from MIA airport and 2 hours from FLL, you are 82 miles from Key West for a day trip.
